At Besco Tubular we continue to strive for excellence by holding in-house training classes and testing for all lines of field service. Field service personnel are required to take competency testing exams (both written, verbal and hands-on) for job competency classification. Each employee is required to maintain a high level of excellence to retain their classification in every line of service.
The Besco Tubular training facility uses the latest in technology to ensure accurate and thorough training.
Utilization of our Training Matrix and CoreConnect™ cloud service ensures up-to-date training and record retention.
Once training exams are complete our employees continue to learn under our mentoring program.
Quarterly training and job-specific testing is conducted.
Quarterly performance audits are conducted on field service personnel as part of their classification review.
